What happens if I exceed my monthly transcription minutes? ▼

On the Starter plan, ingestion will pause once you reach the 60-minute limit, requiring a billing upgrade. On the Creator Pro or Pro Network plans, ingestion continues uninterrupted and any overage minutes are billed at the metered rate ($0.05/min or $0.04/min respectively) on your next billing cycle.

How does the audio stitching logic impact my billing? ▼

Stitching segments is fully included in the base subscription of your plan. The Starter plan allows stitching up to 3 segments per episode (e.g. Intro + Episode + Outro). Creator Pro allows up to 8 segments (perfect for mid-roll ads and sponsorships). Pro Network has no limits on segment stitching.

Can I integrate a custom domain on the Creator Pro plan? ▼

All plans display your podcasts on a shared aethercast.fm domain. Custom domains (e.g., podcast.mybrand.com) are exclusive to the Pro Network plan, which includes dedicated edge CDN setup, SSL management, and custom RSS namespace matching.
